Settings and Location

London

We have chosen to locate our music video in the city of London. The reasons behind choosing this setting is as follows.

1. It is a well known destination that can be established from any one of its many main attractions i.e the London Eye.

2. As well as looking good in day light it looks amazing at night as it is lit up really well. This suits our music video really well as we want to portray a sense of time throughout the day.

3. There are many different places we can use in London. There is Embankment (London Eye & Big Ben), Time Square, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Buckingham Palace etc.

4. London is also a very busy environment. This means that we have other people in the shots which is what we want.

5. London is very accessible to us. It is one train into London and from there we can get any underground. We can also get a travel card which saves us money when we want to change location.

6. This suits our target audience because the younger generation always goes up London to shop or to see the sites or to enjoy the night life. Younger people will be able to relate to the chosen location and will already be familiar with the settings.
